Only 3 miles to the Island Lake public access for great fishing or 30 miles to Washkish (Upper Red Lake). Only 75 miles to the Canadian border waters so doable for a day trip. If you are looking for more sleeping space, check out our neighboring property "Bridgie Road Hideaway". Another great cabin with an additional 8+ sleeping capacity within walking distance.

Our family went up North for the weekend to bird hunt and we were very happy with our stay! The cabin was very clean and had a fun setup. Upstairs were two bedrooms with lots of sleeping options. There was also a pool table and juke box that kept us all entertained.
Downstairs was the bathroom and a nice kitchen. The kitchen had anything you could need and the bathroom was nice and clean. It was a quirky place since it’s basically a converted garage, but we loved the fun, rustic feel.
We loved the cabin and would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was private and was in a beautiful location.

I'm Kathy with Kat's LLC and I host/manage vacation rental properties for owners. The Northome area has always been a big part of my life, but I just recently had the opportunity to move here. There's no place in the world I'd rather be!
Why they chose this property
I don't live at the listed property but am just a few miles away. The area is just what you'd expect of Minnesota's north woods - full of trees, wildlife and lakes.
What makes this property unique
This property is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for an escape to the north woods! The area has much to offer but the property could be all you need.
