The Mercer House boasts a beautiful mid-century modern style in a private Stowe Village location—ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy all the fun the area has to offer.
Tucked in the heart of the village, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has direct access to the Cady Hill mountain bike trails and is walking distance to myriad restaurants, bars, shops, the Stowe Recreation Path, and the winter seasonal shuttle bus to Stowe Mountain Resort—the walkability factor is tremendous!
A secure garage (vehicles taller than six feet will not fit) is ideal for storing bikes and bulky gear and an outdoor hose is a convenient amenity after a day on the trails. The large, tiled entry offers additional space for hanging items and stowing footwear. The main floor of the home features a walk-through kitchen with new appliances, beautiful and well-stocked cupboards, a pantry, bar seating, and a nook with a round table perfect for morning coffee or an evening of cards.
