This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Rest comfortably tucked away in a 33ft Genisis Votex on a gated park-like property. Over 15 Coastal Redwoods line the lush oversized lawn and blooming garden beds just outside your door. The property runs a working farm and offers animal encounters for guests. Keep an eye out for the chickens. Schedule one on one encounters with bunnies, dwarf goats, chickens, and alpaca (hosts choice) in addition to your glamping stay. Easy freeway access to Kings Canyon National Park Entrance off 180 freeway.

Gorgeous trailer and property. The host is very gracious, kind and accomodating. I wish that I would have known the rules about additional fees to see animals and the pool wasn't available either. 100 temperatures, pool would have been amazing. I did need an iron to press my clothes and didn't have one, no biggy.

Hosting guests in our RV on the front acre of our farm has quickly become one of my favorite ways to connect people to nature and share our unique and loving livestock. I began 2023 as an Airbnb host and have enjoyed building a truly unique experience for guests.

Why they chose this property

Belmont is one of the oldest rural Avenues in Fresno. We loved the microclimate of this property. The moment you drive onto the property, you leave the city behind. We are currently experience new home development to the west of us. It has taken some adjusting since they closed the road to the west of the house, but we look forward to welcoming the new neighbors and introducing them to the farm when the dust settles!

What makes this property unique

Here we focus on a natural green microclimate that feels like a world all its own. The yard is fully fenced, offering families the comfort of over a half acre of grass for children to run, play, and enjoy, with a patio for parents to relax just outside the RV. Amenities of a large house and hotels combined, the RV is a comfortable close space with a clean glamping feel. Free range livestock grazes the yard and you can catch sightings of beautiful chicken breeds throughout different times of the day. We take the time to connect with each of our guests and bring you animal encounters with our friendliest livestock from the full working farm behind the private residence. You don't have to get your shoes dirty to pet bunnies, meet piglets, or learn about alpaca while taking photos with our alpaca ambassador affectionately named Moon Rock. Pool hours coming soon!
