Cute house. Conveniently located in central Fresno. Good layout of bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is really nice. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the shades lounges in the backyard.
We stay in rental houses at least once a month for family visits, and this was one of our favorites. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and kid and pet friendly. The wine gift was definitely a nice touch to.
I really enjoyed this house. It was cute, clean, and check-in was smooth. I will stay again. Only draw back was the listing said it had ev charging and does not. They let me know ahead of time so it was not a surprise. I will be back soon.
Perfect space to meet up with old friends, and a great base for exploring . We loved the house's layout, furnishing style, amenities, and creature comforts. The rock climbing art is a super nice touch, as are the antique display items. Communication with owner was flawless. The pups and humans give it many paws and thumbs up!
Great times! Family could visit in the spacious space. Great space for hanging out. Dog had nice stay too with fenced backyard. Very cool craftsman neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This was an amazing home, and the pictures did not do it justice. It was a safe location, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Also, there were no pictures of the backyard when we booked but we did bring our dog and the backyard was amazing for him. Beautifully decorated, great location. I cannot say enough about this property.
We had a week long business trip in Fresno and wanted to bring our adult daughter and senior mother with us this time, so we really wanted a house. We were not disappointed by this cozy, well appreciated, comfortable home. We were also able to bring our moms little dog with us only to fine that doggy door lead to the fenced in back yard and even a poo-scoop was also provided to help us keep the yard clean. Clutch! A comfy couch, festive lights at the fireplace, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were well done. The washer and dryer were very helpful and laundry soap pods were even provided. Thank you! Coffee was provided. Thank you! We also found a couple of really nice (and yummy) coffee shops very near by, too. We enjoyed our stay and will check availability for our next trip.
The house is a sweet Tudor house (yes with a little creaky floors but this is pecked in a house like this), conveniently located near the tower district in Fresno. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Big gated yard for pets. We used to live near this neighborhood and come back about once a year. It was the perfect place for us and we would come back and stay again.
Property is a cool, older home. Bed and bathroom were great, comfy. We went to Yosemite and Sequoia so location was perfect and freeways were all easy on/off. Visited the Fresno zoo which was a very pleasant surprise at how beautiful their animal exhibits were.
This is such a quaint house. Very roomy and comfortable. Walkable to restaurants. Host was super fast in responding to messages. I highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Laurel Barnett
Fresno born but we have traveled extensively around the world. We love living here with everything we enjoy so close. We like to host so other people can enjoy everything that this area has to offer. Right now we are traveling for work and enjoy different areas to explore but Fresno is our home and we will return in a few years.
Why they chose this property
We have great neighbors and we are on a quite street that is only a 5 minute walk to Tower District and Fresno High area.
What makes this property unique
This is our home. We bought it with the intention of it being our forever home. This is not your typical rental; we are not merely trying to make a profit by listing our home. We recently got the opportunity to travel for work but will return to our home someday. We want to offer other travelers an experience that emulates it being their own warm, welcoming home. This is a property where you can venture out to the beautiful Sierras, Yosemite, or local eateries and then return to a tranquil place to rest before your next adventure.
