This was the perfect place to stay for our girls golf trip! We loved the pool and hot tub after a day of golf! There were plenty of towels (beach towels for the pool) and the location was perfect-a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and super convenient. House could use some repairs to back porch roof and decking and wood benches in backyard in order to ensure the safety of guests.

Great layout for families. Gorgeous bathrooms. Had an issue with the sink and the owner/host took care of it right away. Also allowed us two hours extra for checkout which was much appreciated!

Our family felt so safe & comfortable in this wonderful home! The hot tub was so nice in the cooler evenings and the pool was super refreshing our last full day there when the temps got into the high 80s. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the kitchen/dining area for meals and playing games at the huge table.Location was very convenient and neighborhood was nice for taking walks.We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Upon our arrival, the house was only half cleaned. The bedding was not washed. It was all in a heap on each bed. There were cleaning towels on some of the floors, wet towels in the washer. It looked as if the cleaning crew started, but then got called away and never finished. After talking to the person in charge, they sent a cleaning crew over at 8:00 on a Friday night. Once the house was cleaned, everything was good. The house was great, with a nice, open floor plan so we could all hang out and see and be with each other. Due to the cleaning mishap, we were told we would get some of our money back. I thought we would be reimbursed more since this affected our Friday night plan, but we were basically given our cleaning fee back. I thought they could’ve done a lot better than that.

Great place to stay

It was a great stay in this fantastic property. The house was perfect, we all enjoyed the pool everyday. This was the best stocked property we have ever stayed in and the property owners even had crumbl sent over one night for my family. It was an overall wonderful experience with really really good hosts.

Would recommend having at least one or two rolls in of paper towel toilet paper back up. Also, there is a twin bed advertised. It is a trendall bed which was a scavenger hunt to find, and there was a fitted sheet but no other bedding for the twin. Otherwise, the rental was great. Good size, clean, fast response from host, and awesome outdoor space.

House layout was great. Kitchen was large and table sat all of us comfortably. Heating/cooling of the house was easy and worked well. The outdoor closed in porch was nice as well. Quick trip to Lex

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington! Rooms look just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom situation was a bit difficult for our group but we made it work! Enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the screened-in porch.

Relaxing Vacation

This property had plenty of space for our family of four. The bedrooms were a nice size and the kitchen was fully stocked with items we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, hot tub and screened in porch. We would recommend this property for others to stay at as it was conveniently located to many sites and restaurants in the Lexington area. We hope to visit again soon.

Kentucky exploring

Four friends and I made the trip to Lexington for a football game. The house was roomy, very clean and had a nice pool/hotub. It was too chilly to swim but was nice to hang out in the back by the pool. Checkin was easy and the host very responsive. I’d recommend the property and would stay here again if in Lexington.

The property was exceptionally clean and user friendly. The pool was a welcome addition since the weather was super hot and humid. All of the floats for the pool were enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was so big that all of the cooks could have their own space. Great property. We even saw a groundhog who we assumed ate the strawberries.
