Perfect seaside location! Loved being a little out of the busy city and exploring the area of Limhamn. Enjoyed our time there as a family so much. Karmen was so kind and easy to communicate with, and her house was wonderful.

Eurovision stay

We were in town for 4 days and had a great time staying at Karmens house. A great balance of easy access to the bus system while still being in a nice secluded area.

Excellent! This property was a super base to enjoy a week's stay in Malmö. The communication with the owner, Karmen, was from the onset prompt, helpful and friendly. There was even one of the best "welcome" guides to both the property and the area to help us get settled in. Karmen responded immediately to our couple of extra queries after arrival. The house itself is a pleasure to stay in - clean attractive, light and extremely well equipped and decorated. There is a real attention to detail by the owner. The bedrooms themselves (1 double and 2 singles) were compact, but the living areas were very generous. There was also a choice of sitting out areas, so a sunny spot could always be found. There is a terminus to two bus routes (7 & 9) just a two minute walk away, making it easy and quick to get in and out of the city or to get to or from Copenhagen. The immediate island neighbourhood was also very enjoyable. The island of Öm has a 2k walk around its edge affording views of the straits and The Öresund Bridge. There was a well stocked new Coop supermarket a short walk away to keep us in provisions. The weather during our week was mixed - but thanks to the quality of this excellent property we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Malmö. Excellent. Thank you Karmen. We would love to return!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig eine hochwertige Unterkunft in Malmö gesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Haus auf der Halbinsel Ön ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir al 4-köpfige Familie benötigt haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets unproblematisch, super freundlich und bleibt definitiv positiv in Erinnerung. Für unsere Teenager war natürlich ausreichend W-LAN mit einer 300'er Mbit Datenleitung vorhanden, in Deutschland eher selten.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, die Halbinsel lädt nicht nur uns zu Spaziergängen im Sonnenuntergang ein. Die Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt, von wo aus man aller 15min Richtung Innenstadt unterwegs ist.Ca. 400m entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt, der 7-22 Uhr jeden Tag geöffnet hat, dort findet man alles!Ansonsten ist die Gegend sehr schön, bis zum Strand mit Bus oder Auto in 10min, wer gerne einen absoluten Geheimtipp will...der Strand an der Südküste in Falsterbö ist der absolute Hammer! Feiner Sand, nicht überlaufen, einfach genial. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Malmö

Ein wundervolles modernes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Ein Vorgarten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und eine große Terrasse um die Sonne zu genießen. Direkt am Hafen gelegen. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß ereichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war super nett und wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen bekommen. Perfekt gelegen um verschiedene Ausflüge zu planen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit .
