Great location. Home was great too. Maybe some hooks on the bathroom walls to hang towels on and handle bars in the shower.Towels could use an upgrade. We enjoyed seeing the deer in am and pm. Nice quiet location.
We were in town for a funeral and this was the perfect spot for my sister & I. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed and then some. I loved the quiet location on the cove and the mornings were beautiful.I highly recommend this rental. For the price, it's hard to beat and this will be my goto when I visit family in the area again.
Great stay and great location. We used the dock for our wake boat. Depth was low that week due to a dry summer but still able to accommodate us with no issues. Plenty to do in the area. The kids had a blast. Will be back for sure.

Thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you again.
This house was a perfect fit for our needs (4 adults, 2 children). Good layout, comfortable beds, lots of seating, 2 separate eating areas, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. We particularly enjoyed coffee on the screened porch in the morning, playing cornhole with the kids outside, sitting on the dock and swimming in the cove. We will definitely be back!

Cheryl, It was a pleasure to have you as guests. You are right the screened in porch in the morning, swimming at the dock all day and corn hole in the afternoon sounds like you enjoyed your vacation and that is our goal.
We hope to see you again soon.

Perfect location close to our family that lives close to this location. House was clean and comfortable for family that stayed here while we were in town for a few days for a high school graduation.
Such a great home for our families week long trip. My three boys and husband fished from the dock every chance they got. Lots of wildlife and picture perfect moments. The house had everything we needed, from a well appointed kitchen, comfortable family room for late night movies, and cozy bedrooms. I felt spoiled in the huge master suite with the most comfortable bed and large walk in shower. Our host, Beth, provided detailed communication and was very responsive. Additionally, the neighbors were nice and welcoming.

Jessica,
We are happy you were comfortable and enjoyed the deep water dock for fishing. Life at the lake is special and we were happy to share that time with your family. Please come back again and stay with us.

We had a great time staying here while visiting Lake Norman - the house was perfect - the beds were comfy - we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the back porch -as well as having the dock right there was so convenient! Great place and highly recommended! Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely place.
The property was great. It had all standard amenities and then some. The owner thought of everything we brought our boat with us and took advantage of the dock .will definitely be back next year.

Had a fantastic weekend! House was even better than expected! Kitchen well appointed. Bedding very comfy. Shower was awesome! Great spot to float in the lake. Neighbors very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Troutman on Lake Norman Cove! The setting was so relaxing and peaceful—perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with lots of spices that made cooking easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and spacious home in a serene location, this is definitely the place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
This was our second visit to Lake Norman. We loved being on a quiet cove that had easy access to some popular spots on the lake. We rented a Pontoon Boat that was delivered to the dock at a great rate through Ugly Duck Boat Rentals. The house was the perfect size for our group of five. It had everything we needed for a great trip.
This was a great home on Lake Norman with its own dock . All bedrooms had TVs - plenty space to dine both indoors and out . The enclosed porch was great ! Communication with the owner was smooth . Only concern was lighting down to the dock at night was almost non existent - which could be a safety issue .
Everything was very good, could’ve used more towels. For the week each of us only had one towel. Yes we could do laundry but on vacation we didn’t want to spend time doing laundry. Would definitely consider it again.

Hi Edith, I am glad you enjoyed your week. I am sorry you didn't have enough towels. I will check on that and please do stay with us again.

Property was just as described. We enjoyed Lake Norman State Park and Mountain Creek Park for biking. Swimming was great on this deep water cove. My teenagers enjoyed it. This would be more difficult with small children as you jump off the dock into the water. If you have your own boat this would be wonderful. We will definitely be back.
