Just off the living space is the open dining area, with sliding doors overlooking the private backyard oasis and adjacent to a beautiful kitchen, equipped with pro cooks appliances and separate closet with full-size washer and dryer. An outdoor gas barbeque is adjacent to the kitchen. The two comfortable bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms.
Additionally, an artistically furnished 1941 detached casita, features vaulted ceilings in the open living and kitchen area and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom en suite. A walk-in closet features another full-size washer and dryer. The casita has 2 entrances: one via double French doors off the beautifully landscaped backyard, and another door leading to the backyard from the bedroom.
A gated driveway offers 2-car tandem parking. A gate accesses the property from the driveway.
