Tucked inside San Juan Nat'l Forest, 15 minutes to Bear Creek Trail. A 20 minute drive from Dolores, our tiny houses give you the idyllic backcountry vacation of your dreams with views of the mountains in every direction.

Say “see you later” to all the buzzing distractions: no cell service or televisions here though high-speed internet keeps you connected even as you embrace the serenity of nature. Our tiny homes are the perfect place to unwind and escape city life for a while.

Luxury meets small space wizardry in these modern, sleek tiny houses. The interior is carefully curated to create a tranquil space that puts your mind at ease. Our fully stocked kitchens make the most of every nook and cranny, supplying everything you need without the clutter. Each loft bed sleeps two lucky souls who aren’t afraid to embrace their inner minimalists.



UNIT 1
– Kitchen –
Full fridge, 4 burner gas stove and oven, a hideaway microwave stashed in a cabinet, all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need, Keurig, and electric tea kettle.

– Living space –
The living area features two leather chairs, a wood counter with stools for dining or working, and two floor cushions.

– Bathroom –
Full bathroom features a shower, flushing toilet, and a surprisingly spacious vanity.


UNIT 2
– Kitchen –
Full fridge, convection oven/microwave, 2 portable electric burners, all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need, Keurig, and electric tea kettle.

– Living space –
The living area features a 2 seater leather chair, small coffee table, kitchen island with 2 stools for dining or working.

– Bathroom –
Full bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, flushing toilet, and a sink.



Sliding glass doors in each tiny house lets the space expand onto the porches where you can breathe in that fresh mountain air. Keep an eye out for birds, deer, fox, and other playful critters that pass by our dwelling. When the sun sets, experience the sky like you’ve never seen it before. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky reveals its true magnificence, unveiling a tapestry of twinkling stars that will leave you breathless.
