Communication with the host was great and checking in was easy. The overall cleanliness wasn't great. The grass was overgrown. There was trash all over the back porch. The stove was dirty and had hair on it.

The communication with Patrick, the owner was great. The house was just as described on VRBO. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood is a little rough but was very quiet. We had no issues. The deck and hot tub was very nice and relaxing after a long day of touring the great city of Atlanta! Thanks The Ennis family Sept 2026

We went to the SweetWater festival at the Shirley Clarke Franklin park and this home was convenient and comfortable. No frills but the hot tub was a great way to unwind each night. Be aware of limited food choices in the area, but we were prepared so it didn’t factor in to our stay.
