The entire property underwent renovations in July 2023, ensuring that everything is fresh and up-to-date. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep for all guests.

The downstairs area includes a luxurious king bedroom with a full bathroom, providing ultimate convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find the expansive master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and a stunning ensuite bathroom. This ensuite offers a luxurious soaking tub, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in shower for your indulgence.

In addition to the master bedroom, the upstairs level also features two more king bedrooms and a bunk room with four full-size beds. This makes our home perfect for accommodating large groups of up to 16 people. We also provide family-friendly amenities such as a pack n play and a high chair, ensuring a hassle-free stay for families with young children.

Entertainment options abound in this home , with a pool table, Xbox, and smart TVs equipped with streaming channels and cable. For some old-fashioned fun, we also provide a selection of board games. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
