An updated, contemporary country cottage, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers the perfect opportunity to rest and recharge in a picturesque setting among the hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut.

Gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf oven / range, industrial hood, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), and enough space for you to cook / bake to your heart's desire!

Down a private hallway off the kitchen lies the en suite Master bedroom and includes a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, there are 2 large guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom in between.

Beautiful Property in Great Location

This home has been skillfully renovated and updated and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well designed for cooking and gathering a group around the roomy island. It is well stocked with tableware and cooking utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, clean and well supplied. There are numerous sitting areas to choose from in different rooms, ranging from cozy to spacious. An excellent office setup as well and a large dining room with great views over the deck and backyard round out the interior. The deck, patio and grounds were as nice as the interior. Finally, this is a perfect location, centered among Washington, Washington Depot, New Preston, Bantam and Litchfield - making the restaurants and shops in each easily accessible with a short drive.
