Located three miles from the historic Oxford Square, Canterbury Cottage is the perfect getaway for football weekends, special events, and graduation.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath single-story home features an eat in kitchen, open living area with French doors, and plenty of comfortable seating. The screened back porch overlooking a wooded ravine is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or watching the game with your friends. There is additional seating on the patio and string lights to enjoy in the evening. Four smart TVs are located in the living room, bedrooms, and porch.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. There is a daybed and trundle along with the queen bed in one of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is a fully furnished suite with a breakfast kitchen located off the screened porch. An office adjacent to the master bedroom has a desk and printer for guests to use. Guests can enjoy the combination of private and shared spaces in the cottage.

Canterbury Cottage is located in a family friendly neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The location is perfect for an early morning walk or run. There is plenty of parking.

This is a beautiful, very well appointed, immaculately maintained home is in a great neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Oxford, the University of Mississippi and Vaught-Hemingway stadium. Our party of six adults had tons of room to relax, enjoy the smart TVs in several rooms including the patio, grill steaks on the like-new barbecue, enjoy espresso coffee from the excellent maker, a variety of beverages from the nicely supplied fridge, dine in the fully equipped and implemented kitchen and enjoy the gentle wildlife out our back door. The host makes every effort to provide touches and responsiveness that makes this a delightful stay and excellent value. We have previously stayed in Memphis went going to Oxford for Hotty Toddy fun, but no more. The Canterbury Cottage is a do again experience.
