3 apartments were spotless, perfect for large groups
We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again.
Garth was a pleasure to communicate with. He responded quickly and respectfully. The kitchens were well-equipped for cooking for a group, great knives which is rare at rentals. He even brought two folding tables so that we could have big tables to feed 9 people, which was really nice and went above and beyond. Everything was clean and great until it was time to go to sleep. The beds are brand new but hard as a rock. The house is situated on the corner of a very busy street where there is a traffic light. The street noise was so loud it was hard to sleep. Very close in to Smithsonian museums which was our goal. If you buy parking passes from Garth you can find parking close to the house and easily.
