This modern decor condo features 2 Queen Beds, 1 Murphy Bed, a private balcony, Smart TVs, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. With upscale furnishings and decor including granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom giving it a modern touch. This condo has breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area. This condo will comfortably sleep up to 6. Tastefully decorated to give you the flair of the beach and allow you the enjoyment of the ocean view from your balcony. The bedroom features two queens, for additional sleeping space, there is a Murphy bed in the living area. This 16th-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a dining room table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, a fitness room, and attached onsite parking (no crossing the street!)

Monterey Bay is located in the upscale north end of the city of Myrtle Beach, about two miles from the downtown hotel section. It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

Note: You have access to all the amenities, except for the breakfast area. The 10th floor pool renovations are starting on Tuesday, January 23rd! The renovations are expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.

NOTE: The unit is up for sale and we may schedule a showing during your stay with a 24-hour notice.
Guests should turn off the fireplace and fountain in the unit when they are not in the room or using them.
