Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen with open living space, privacy bedrooms and at least 2 luxury bathrooms. With custom outdoor space and amenities, this is ideal for families and friends to retreat and enjoy. This listing includes a high-privacy fence and gated parking for up to 4 cars.

The Space:
This listing is inclusive of two guest houses located exclusively behind the fence of a large duplex. Please note this listing is only for the two rear guest houses, combined.

Unit C guest house is on the right and includes an open kitchen, dining and living area downstairs with a half bath for guests. Upstairs you will find the 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Unit D guest house is on the left and includes an open kitchen, dining and living area downstairs with a full bath for guests. Upstairs in the loft you will find the King bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and private balcony.

A fantastic property like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private area where you can relax and enjoy the mesmerizing natural surroundings. Step out into the fully fenced backyard, offering a tranquil oasis perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Take a nap in a hammock while the BBQ is getting ready and completely unwind in the contemporary outdoor luxury.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the two guest houses in the back and the outdoor courtyard. After parking in the driveway on the right, guests can follow the pathway to their own courtyard and Units C & D.

This property is shared with the duplex in the front. The front guests will not have access to any of the areas that Charcoal Chateaus offers to its guests. Courtyard and right-side parking is exclusive to Charcoal Chateaus. There is a 6-foot privacy fence that separates each set of guests without co-mingling.

We provide self check-in using smart locks. On the morning of check-in detailed instructions will be sent to you containing the following:

**Extra attention is paid to sanitizing this space to guard against any contagion**

**Please be assured we prioritize and are proactive about protecting our guests' health and safety**

**Absolutely no smoking indoors. If any smoke smell is detected a $250 fee will be applied**

**This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There are exterior Ring cameras for added security**

** You may hear the train at times which causes some noise**

**Please remember that you're staying in a neighborhood, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP**

We offer fully gated parking for our guests.
