Bob’s property was beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, recently renovated with a modern flare. Bob was extremely responsive and helped us troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. I have no complaints about this property. I highly recommend it!

The perfect spot for a friends trip!

Pictures don't do this house justice! We had a great at this Edgartown property. Our group of 35-40-year old couples left the kids at home for a relaxing five days on the Vineyard. Easy walk or bike into Edgartown, Bad Martha, etc. and a very reasonable bike out to South Beach/Katama. The house itself has clean, open, and spacious with a large porch for outdoor dining and a roomy yard. We used the outdoor shower every day. Would recommend to friends and family, and would definitely return myself!

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

The home is even more beautiful in person. Very open and comfortable! The backyard is everything you could need or want to entertain or simply relax and enjoy. Complete with an outdoor shower! The owner is very attentive and quick to help with anything needed or any questions you may have. We had an amazing stay and hope to come visit the Vineyard again soon!

Perfect home for a group

Me and a group of my friends stayed at this property for week. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this home. Space: perfect size home for a group. Me and my friends had sufficient space in the house where we were not on top of each other. We spent a lot of time in the shared / open space (kitchen, living room, dining room). If we ever needed a break from the group, we utilized the outdoor space. Outdoor space: is perfect! Outside space is well groomed and maintained with a deck in front and back. Some of us had to work "from home" so it was nice having the space out back to work, take in some fresh air and relax with a morning cup of coffee. One day we actually held a small w/o class on the deck in the front of the house. Bob, the owner, was a great host. I contacted him a few times with questions and he responded immediately. Location: the house is a perfect location to downtown Edgartown. We were able to walk to town. I enjoyed this home and I would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Very clean. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Great back porch and nice landscaping in the yard. I highly recommend this property. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers and had room for more people if we needed it.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this lovely home. Beautifully maintained, wonderfully decorated, so much space. The outside dining was our favorite space to relax in. Walking distance to town, and an easy bike ride to South Beach. The owner was more than helpful and easy to reach when needed. An overall fantastic experience.

10 girls stayed here for a weekend away. We absolutely loved it! It was the PERFECT house. There was tons of space. We loved how quiet and private the property was and how close to Edgartown! The pictures do not show how beautiful this home is. I would highly recommend this to anyone on a weekend away.

Great weekend despite the weather

The owner of the house and his secretary were very easy to get in contact with and returned emails and phone calls very quickly. The house was exactly as described and as close as described. The walk is about 10 minutes into town all along a sidewalk. The house is totally updated, comfortable and clean. We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and it was perfect! The outside grounds are beautiful and the deck is fabulous! Even though we were there during the "hurricane", we had a super, fun time. When we were in the house there was plenty to do, for there were games and things for the kids. We highly recommend this home!!

Great family getaway

We had a great family vacation here. The open floor plan meant everyone can be together inside. Excellent outdoor space as well - great deck and plenty of room for yard games; secluded enough that neighbors cannot be seen or heard. House was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here due to the close proximity to the beach and downtown Edgartown.

Family Retreat

This property is setback and very private and exceeded our expectations. With 5 bedrooms it is perfect for a large family. The interior is very spacious, clean and comfortable with hardwood floors throughout. The great room with vaulted ceilings overlooks the back deck and yard where we enjoyed outdoor dinning. The yard is large and well maintained with colorful flowers and plantings. The badminton setup was fun and the grandkids had a great time in the bunkhouse. The location is perfect—close to Edgartown (walking distance) and we jogged and biked to the beaches. I would recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to another Martha's Vineyard vacation.
