House looks small from outside, but surprisingly roomy once inside. Has a real "at home" feel and more than enough things close by to keep you entertained.

Fun weekend

The home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Safe neighborhood and friendly people. We stayed for a short weekend so location was perfect to hit all the sites and downtown just minutes away. Would recommend.

What would have been a good weekend turned disappointing

The property was doubled booked and we were without a place to stay, had to scramble for 4 hours before we found somewhere to stay.

Christmas in Chattanooga

Great location for getting to and experiencing the sites of Chattanooga. Host was great and decorated the house inside for Christmas for us. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room, kitchen is very functional for cooking. The closet in the M. Bedroom was unaccessable due to furniture, unable to hang up closthes. It was a good week for us!

SLTC Lineman Graduation

Jackie’s home was perfect for our 2 night stay while my son was graduating from SLTC. We had a variety of ages, 2 sets of grandparents, 4 teens and my husband and I (50 ea). The house was perfect. 30 min from SLTC campus for the rodeo and 10 min from the Convention Center for graduation. The space was clean, bright, and spacious! Nice touches here and there with the ice maker, futon, tons of blankets, towels, ect…. We sat outside on the porch one night and are pizza. It’s about 20-ish min from lots ofc as shopping/food. Jackie was a great host and very prompt on communication and very easy to communicate with. Lots of condiments in the pantry left from other guests. Iron and board in the cabinet which came in very handy to iron my sons graduation clothes. We visited the Georgia winery, which was fantastic and only about 15 min from the house. Great use of time for us between rodeo and graduation ceremony. Neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. 5 stars!

Quite neighborhood, everything was like the web page said except there was suppose to be be two futons and there was only one. Very clean. And we couldn't use the parking in the back, because we didnt have the garage door opener, until the second day. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoed every minute.

Perfect for a family vacation

My husband, our 4 month old and my in-laws stayed for a long weekend! The house was perfect for us! Fairly clean but could definitely use a good scrub down when it comes to walls and doors. It’s well decorated and felt very homey. Close to downtown. I see quite a few reviews complaining about the neighborhood although we found it to be pretty quiet. The neighbor offered figs from her tree and was very friendly! I do recommend bringing paper towels (only one roll was supplied) as well as seasonings if you plan on cooking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and plenty of dining ware along with pots and pans. The AC was fighting to cool the place down and definitely needed a filter change. (We kept it at 74 during the day and 72 at night) we went to the aquarium which was only 7 minutes away from the house. Loved that !

This property was close to all the activities we planned on doing including downtown and Lookout Mountain. It was large enough for our group of 6 to cook & eat meals as well as play board games at the table. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Christmas Disappointment

Hosted the family for our annual after Christmas get together. Very disappointed with this rental since it was not accurately depicted on the VRBO website. This unit was located in the middle of what I would politely refer to as a sketchy area, although we did not experience any security issues during our stay. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked due to the dirty condition of the unit (photos are outdated since upkeep is severely lacking) and the lack of sleeping accommodations (only 3 beds) for 6 adults and 3 children ( 2 school age and 1 infant), even though the description indicated that it would accommodate all of us. Would not recommend or stay there again.

It’s a nice place!

It felt like our on home. In the a/c filter was stopped up and the dryer vent was to made fell right at home. We really liked the lighting in the house. If we come back that way we would drop by and rent it again. Thanks Jason

I grew up in Chattanooga and always enjoy coming back home so it seemed logical that I should buy a house there. There's so much for all of my four children to do there and so much to see and the location is so awesome that I couldn't resist!

Why they chose this property

This location is so close to everything downtown has to offer! A five minute Uber ride, 2 miles to the Aquarium and even less to the Convention Center!

What makes this property unique

It's so close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! At the foot of Lookout Mtn and right in the downtown area but not so close that you can't sleep for the noise! It's the perfect spot!
