I was so excited to stay here based on the vrbo listing and photos, and this sweet farmhouse did not disappoint. The decor was on point, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to navigate. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and wish we had stayed even longer! Especially loved the chickens and Mountain view from the backyard. Lots of fireflies to catch!
We were fortunate to find this beautiful farmhouse. The home was perfect for my family. The kiddos had a blast in the yard and even found a four leaf clover. We have found our home away from home and will definitely return.
The chickens were the highlight of our grandsons stay. He wanted to hurry home each day go see them. We built a fire in the fire pot one night. There is hardly any traffic on this road it was very relaxingOnly a shirt and beautiful ride about 20-25 minutes to anything. I have already referred friends to stay here
We stayed at this cozy farmhouse just outside Chattanooga for our 10-year-old’s birthday trip, and it was absolutely perfect! She brought a friend along, and they had the best time. The open backyard gave them plenty of space to run and play, and the tire swing was a huge hit—they spent hours out there just being kids. One of the highlights was getting to visit the chickens each day. The girls were so excited every morning to go out and say hello. One of the evenings, we all gathered around the fire pit to make s’mores, which made for such special memories. The house itself was warm, clean, and homey—just what we were hoping for. It’s close enough to Chattanooga that we could easily do all the fun touristy things during the day, but far enough out that we got to enjoy quiet, peaceful nights. This place had the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable getaway
My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely farmhouse. It was well equipped, spacious, clean, and very welcoming/cozy! Lori was really quick to respond which I appreciated. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because there were a few unexpected things missing from the description/host information: 1) the wood stove wasn’t actually for use which was a bummer since it was shown in pictures and was a deciding factor for us between a couple stays, 2) a couple of men came to the house to check on the chickens at night without prior notice (they were great/friendly but not an ideal unexpected situation for a more remote stay), and 3) the screen for the oven was not working which made it difficult to cook our dinner. Other wise, would recommend for a weekend (or longer) get away!
