We enjoyed our stay very much. The views were amazing and the place was clean. We were a little surprised it was a duplex as we thought we were renting an entire place/house so just know it is a duplex but there was no issue with neighbors at all our whole stay.

Location on Lookout Mountain was great. Awesome view and bit cooler than lower elevations. Outside impression as good. Inside was better. Bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Deck is showings its age. Internet was sporadic. Not sure if it was the service or the router but rebooting the router seemed to help.All in all, a great stay.

We had a Great Stay. The space was spacious upstairs and downstairs. The views were unbelievable from the oversized patio. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The hot tub was wonderful and covered we were able to enjoy it even though it rained. I will definitely stay again. Great location everything is close by.

Most relaxing stay! My family and I had a beautiful time together at the property. The property is well appointed with all necessary amenities, very clean and comfortable. The furniture and beds are very comfortable as well. But the view is spectacular and a great place to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It has ample parking space. It also is close to downtown Chattanooga and other attractions. Definitely great for a relaxing weekend.

The home was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The view from the deck was beautiful and both the master bed (king - main floor) and the secondary bed (queen - in basement) were very comfortable. The hot tub on the deck was very clean also. The location was great...within 10-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit in the Chattanooga area.

Views were absolutely amazing and it was very close to the amenities and attractions we wanted to see (Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain, etc). Rick was absolutely awesome and responsive and had a beautiful place that felt like home away from home.

The views from the deck were unmatched! We loved our stay so much. We relaxed on the porch at night and with morning coffee, and the house was so conveniently located to all the Chattanooga activities. Would definitely stay again!
