A unique mix of rustic, MCM and retro charm, with a focus on plush comfort, this space is a must for those needing to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin features a high end, eco friendly, waterless composting toilet system. There is no odor and is used like a regular toilet depositing both #1’s, #2’s and toilet paper into the same opening. Add a scoop of wood chips and turning a handle instead of flushing.

Our family of four and a dog had an excellent stay at the Cozy Canyon for two nights. The decor in the cabin is charming; retro (70's & 80's) in a tasteful way. Everything was very clean. There are two large bedrooms and queen beds are comfortable with memory foam mattress toppers. Kids loved playing in the loft. Dog loved hanging on the back porch. The hot tub worked well. We loved the fire pit and appreciated that wood was provided. I was a little uncertain what to expect with the composting toilet, but the only smell is of wood chips. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and a couple of pots/pans. We brought a crockpot to make chili. It's a private property with a few other homes in the vicinity in process of being built. It's a gravel drive up but wasn't too bad (wide & no other cars to pass); would recommend arriving in daylight just to get used to it. Good location - close to Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon park. Bring your marshmallow roasting stick and have a great stay!
