This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single story house you will share with your guests on a half acre with a fenced yard. There is a deck, screened porch with a garden in the back yard. Kingsland, GA is 15 minutes from Kingsbay Submarine Base and Cumberland Island National Seashore. Nearby are Georgia's Golden Isles and Crooked River State Park. A day trip could include Amelia Island, Fl and Fort Clinch State Park in Fernandina Beach, FL. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is also worth a visit. There is a video doorbell installed on the outside of the property.

Kingsland, Georgia is my refuge from the rat race, its country quiet with all the amenities needed and lots to do.
What makes this property unique
The garden in the back yard always has something blooming and vegetables ripening as well. There is also a carport for your boat or RV. The screen porch means I can sit back and relax or entertain my guests. The fiber optic cable keeps us connected at all times.
