Summary:

575 acre all-sports lake or wetland views from nearly every room in the home. You won't find another place that offers the ability for your group to swim, nature or bird watch, catch frogs or turtles, swim, fish or relax, like this home. We've set up the space so even if there's rain in the forecast, you'll have something to enjoy inside of the home. We're 12 mins from downtown Kalamazoo, 5 mins from I-94 and halfway between Detroit & Chicago.

The Space:
**Beach CLOSED October 1st (Opening May 1st)**

50' of private Lake frontage accessed just across road. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a futon, there's plenty of room for relaxing. Each room has its own theme and offers views of the lake for that perfect sunset view every night. The upstairs bathroom is the larger of the 2 full bathrooms and offers a full shower /tub setup with a separate water closet to allow for others to get ready to go out or prepare for bed. The main floor is a true open concept that allows not only the fresh air to easily flow through the home but allows your group this same luxury. We've added a large 35' long deck off the back of the home that stretches the entire length of the home. From the deck you'll be able to enjoy your group relaxing by the firepit or grab a chair and watch the large variety of birds, frogs, turtles, ducks, deer and more. We upgraded the game room on this home to offer a larger space to enjoy during early mornings or evenings when you're not swimming. Driving an electric vehicle..? We have a level 2, 50 amp car charging station on the driveway side of the home for convenient charging. This home has 10 parking spots.

We've tried to solve all of the challenges plaguing lake cottages...

1) They're typically really small in size. Our home is over 1700 sq ft and designed for groups to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.
2) Parking - We offer comfortable parking for up to 10 vehicles.
3) Cold/Hot spots when heating and cooling - We built our home with 2x6 exterior walls, r-60 attic insulation, low e windows and a well designed, high efficiency hvac system to ensure when you want it warm in the winter or cool in the summer, that's exactly what you get.
4) Water Systems - We installed a brand new well water system as well as an on demand hot water system. That means unlimited hot water for showers!
