Quaint farmhouse in beautiful Sand Lake. Close to Crystal Lake, Glass Lake and Crooked Lake. 20 minutes from Albany, 40 minutes from Saratoga and the track and 25 minutes to Jiminy Peak! Amazing restaurants and shopping are so close, June Farm and Old Daly inn to name a few. With hiking and swimming in the summer and cross country and downhill skiing in the winter, this is a destination spot not to be missed! And did I mention a view of Albany you can’t beat?
Master bedroom and bath on the 1st floor, along with a cozy family room with fireplace and eat in kitchen with unique coffee and wine bar. Two comfortable bedrooms with king beds in each and a full bath on 2nd floor. Basement has smaller bedroom with full bed, plus an office with a daybed and trundle. Game room and fireplace in the basement round it out to make it a perfect spot to relax after exploring, hiking or skiing!

Thanksgiving Get-together

This property was absolutely adorable and it really fit the needs of 3 couples & 1 teenager We all loved the coffee bar setup, and the whole place was just great. Big comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for all. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our family!

My family stayed in the Farmhouse over the holidays and the house was perfect for us. The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was fun. The hosts were very kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even went the extra mile! This home and these hosts are highly recommended.

RPI Graduation Stay

We wanted a place where we could all stay for several days to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from RPI. This was a great fit for us. Ground floor bedroom with en-suite bath for grandma, and separate 2 large bedrooms upstairs with full bath, and also a half bath on main floor. Additional sleeping quarters downstairs with laundry, great coffee bar area, extremely clean, only 20 minutes to RPI, 25 minutes from airport. Clean, quiet, convenient, so glad I booked this instead of a hotel.
