Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish place. Swim in the heated pool, sunbathe, watch movies, read books, play board games or cards. Fully equipped kitchen awaits you if you love to cook. Smart appliances and all. The house sleeps 8. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Great for walks with your pup. We are right by Legacy Trail and only 20 min to the Siesta Key and other beaches
The space
The house is 1500 sq ft. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, open floor plan of kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a dining area outside, conversation set on the patio with a gas fire table to enjoy in the evening and a separate sun lounging area by the pool. There is also a peaceful sitting area by the front door.

We had the best time staying here! The house has absolutely everything you need and more. I’ve stayed at several rental properties in the area over the years and this is my favorite. The property has beautiful landscaping and the house is beautifully decorated with high end finishes and appliances. Everything with the house was easy and very comfortable, it really elevated our vacation.

Friends getaway

Perfect home for up to three couples. Everything we needed was here and lots of beautiful spaces to hang out, prepare and share meals. Decorated to feel like a Key West getaway. Marta was very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to communicate with. Already thinking about our next stay!!
