All utilities included. Family and dog friendly home on huge lot with plenty of parking. Remodeled and centrally located. 1.5 miles from Havasu Regional- great for traveling nurses. RV side parking and dump connection. Perfect for two families with split floor plan and double kings plus 4 bunk beds. Covered patio with 7-pc dining. 3 TV's. One garage space included. Note the garage has boat and jet ski stored so the 3rd door/garage space is the one available.
