We want to welcome you to the never rented, fully remodeled perfect family vacation home. Brick Rowe Retreat is going to be a memory maker for your family for years to come. Fully remodeled in summer of 2023, everything in the house is brand new. 3 large bedrooms and a bonus game room area with mini arcade and perfect camp out spot in the Tee Pee! We are located just 1 block from the beach, no HOA so bring or rent a golf cart and explore all of North Myrtle Beach. We cant wait to have you!

Brick Rowe Retreat is a stand alone home located on 16th Ave S in the ever popular Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. Fully remodeled in Summer of 2023, everything in the house is ready for memories to be made.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with 1 King bed, with attached full bathroom

Stainless steel appliances in the remodeled kitchen, which also leads out into a beautiful courtyard, fully fenced! This is the perfect place to let the dogs stretch their legs before getting the day started at the beach.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Plus a bonus room off the bunk room that with the blinds open you can see the beach!

All linens are provided for your stay, just bring your beach towels!

Rent a golf cart at one of our local golf cart rentals in the area and explore all of NMB without getting in your car!!

Terrific House

Wonderful stay! The home is as advertised and really fit the bill for us. The home has everything you need and then some. The location is fantastic, the surrounding area is very quite, quit a few locals live there and they are very nice. The ice cream shop and mini-mart just a block away was a very pleasant surprise. All in all a great stay and will definately rent this home again.

Short walk to the beach and a modern home

We stayed for a weekend and the house was overall lovely with a nice little patio and fenced yard. It’s an easy walk to crescent beach. The inside is modern and we love that it is a dog friendly place, but there were tufts of dog hair on the floor and a strong “wet dog” smell in the living room and main bedroom downstairs which did not air out despite ceiling fans and open windows. We are dog lovers but it was strong enough we needed to buy a candle.
