6 bedroom, 3 bath private beach house is located 1 block from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool & hot tub with tons of outdoor seating. Sleeps 17 max. with 2k, 4Q, 1F, 1T, & 1 full sleeper sofa.

*PETS, MOTORCYCLES, BOATS WELCOME!! This is a non-smoking property!
Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring.

This beach house sleeps 17 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool & hot tub. This house has Flat Screen TV’s, DVD Players, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, 3 outside showers (with hot & cold water).

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Run away to Runaway Bay

Work family trip. The house was amazing! Everyone got a room. 3 accommodating baths PLUS...3 outdoor showers on the upper deck. Close to so much. Rent an LSV golf cart. Plenty of parking for trailers and motorcycles and 2 trucks and 4 motorcycles and a trike. This is a Bike Week treasure. No covered parking.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Great Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this property! There are a few things that could have been better though. The toilets in a couple of the bathrooms were broke. They moved when you would sit on them. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and there was sand and hair in it. There were not many pans to cook on or much silverware. Other than that, we loved this property and are hoping to rent again! We are also close to the beach and that was a plus!

Terrible description of property..

They made me resubmit my review because I showed the crazy add on prices for housecleaning, nonrefundable dog fee, prosessing fees, accidental damage fee,local accomodation fee.....then VRBO gets in on it also ...be warned this place is not updated at all ...if you have older people they will not be able to use the stairs to go upstairs unless they go outside and take the stairs outdoors. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!! Make sure you bring toilet paper ,papertowels, laundry detergent..ect you will not find any of those things .. House was not clean ..I have never left a bad review before but i feel obligated to warn people...They need to be more forthcoming with this listing..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good space. Loved the pool. However, the kitchen lacked a lot. The smaller bedroom downstairs was entirely too small. You could not move around in it and there was no mirror. The bathroom downstairs you could barely walk in and no counter top of any size to put anything or store bath supplies, makeup,etc. There were so small bugs showing up in that bathroom as well.The size of the house is great but it does need some updating and better storage spaces. Very steep stairs going to second floor. Needs some updating and more storage in bathroom.

Mixed emotions

Property is great and probably requires a bit of TLC but we took it as is. Nicely located. Super irritated by the rental company managing the property. We paid for a property with a pool and was a mess when we got there. Call the agency, argument lady said pool only serviced twice a week…never mentioned the pool was actually shot with a broken pool pump and filter. Very disappointed and feel short handed. Their boots on the ground again were so helpful and explained the whole situation. Rather have her deal with customers than the rude person at the offices. She even helped with the WiFi, info on the booking pamphlet was wrong. Don’t think I will be back renting through this agency.

Family vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was 13 people in our party. House was small but not a big deal as we didn’t spend much time in it. There is plenty of seating outback. When we first got there, there was bread and trash, including men’s underwear in the yard. Wet used towels by the outside showers. The hot tub was so cloudy you couldn’t see the seats. Was told someone would come out and pick up the yard and check the hot tub, no one did. It took 2 days for the fridge to get cold. They did send someone out to check it 3 times. Air conditioner went out. They did come quickly to fix it. However, it went out on Wednesday night and they sent contractors out to install new units on Thursday. It was fixed enough that they could have waited until we checked out on Friday morning. The lawn service came in the middle of the day to take care of the yard so we couldn’t use the pool. All of the doors are very squeaky. There is no trying to be quiet and let others sleep with the doors and creaky floors. Each time someone came to the house we had no parking. We had some sort of contractor at the house every day we were there. It interrupted our plans and activities. The kitchen sink has a very slow drain. I did not call about that because I was sick of people coming out to the house. The house is a very short walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the main road with everything you need.
