Guest Access:

Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM. To ensure the safety of our guests and due to enhanced cleaning protocols, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.



Other Things to Note:

Golf cart rentals are permitted!



Guests will not have access to the garage.



This property does require guests to use stairs.



The pool can be heated for an additional fee when arranged ahead of time.



All of our TV’s are Roku TV’s which offer streaming services only. Please log in with your personal account credentials during your stay, and log out before you depart.

Modern Beach House: Perfect for Families

Spent a week with family in this beach house creating memories we will treasure. Short walk to the beach with beach access across the street. Home was spotless on arrival and the check in process was easy as well as the property manager was easy to work with. We loved the pool for a nice dip after coming up from the ocean. I would recommend this beach house rental as it provides everything you need for a memorable vacation and would be just the place to return year after year. Highly recommend and you will certainly be glad you chose to vacation here.

Fantastic House Exceptional Location

Cant say enough about this house. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked with all of the things we needed for our family. The kids loved the pool and us adults loved how the outside area was set up for us to relax. The location was also fantastic as we were a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Lastly the communication with the Host was clear and concise. Would HIGHLY Recommend this property to anyone. We will book again

Enjoyed our stay!

This house is beautiful! It speaks ‘brand new’ as soon as you pull into the driveway. It’s located on a quiet street, and the walk to the beach was easy and under 3 minutes, And the outdoor space is awesome! We loved the porches, outdoor seating, and eating areas. The pool is gorgeous, and we enjoyed the color-changing lights inside the pool at nighttime! Our host, Erica, quickly responded to any questions we might have had, which weren’t many! The house is just a few miles away from some great restaurants too. We would definitely stay at this house again and we highly recommend it!

Spacious home in perfect location

The location couldn’t be any better! Less than ten minutes from Barefoot Landing and less than a five minute walk to the public access for the beach. The back yard and pool area has a nice privacy fence so when we were hanging out outside, it was like our own little beach oasis! There were plenty of dishes and a well equipped kitchen too; we used the grill and had everything we needed for it! The internet was fast, and tv’s all worked, washer/dryer was so convenient, coffee/k-cup machine worked flawlessly, we had no issues checking in/out, and had great communication with the owners. Beds slept wonderfully, linens were all soft and clean- just bring your own beach towels! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation and are already looking forward to our next stay!
