Welcome to paradise at Pineapple Palms! This beautiful, spacious, beach home is only a minute walk to Windy Hill Beach and a mile drive to Barefoot Landing. The whole family will enjoy the incredible outdoor space which includes two separate decks, huge patio, and one of the biggest pools in the North Myrtle Beach. This house has everything you need for an amazing vacation-and you might never want to leave. There is plenty of private parking, a fully stocked expansive kitchen, and two separate living areas to spread out over the almost 4000 sq feet.

7+ Nights 1st Dog: $150 per stay 2nd Dog $75 per stay 3rd Dog $50 per stay

**Guests must disclose that they will be bringing dogs and the number at the booking request so host can add Pet Fees.

Linens and towels are provided in the cleaning fee.
Pineapple Palms can accommodate up to a maximum of four vehicles (per city parking code.

There are three security cameras on the outside of the house. 1 at the front entrance and garage, 1 on the rear of the house facing the gate and pool equipment and 1 covering the pool area. They may all be recording or saving still images. Also, an Amazon Echo Dot is in the kitchen and living room. They can be unplugged.

There is a stationary charcoal grill in the pool area . Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and providing their own supplies.
Pool heater is at an additional nightly fee. Inquire prior to booking if you want this option turned on. (The heater needs to be running prior to a reservation to ensure it’s operating at the correct temperature). We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water since it is largely based on outdoor nightly temperature. The heater is only an option from April-October, weather permitting. Inquire prior to booking your dates.
Towels and Linens are included in the cleaning fee. Starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags provided. The pool is cleaned once a week during the colder months and twice a week beginning in Peak Season. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. If guests want an additional cleaning they can ask for the request and will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning if possible.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED-Primary booking guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation. No unregistered or unauthorized guests/pets/visitors allowed on premises, including the pool area. Primary guest must provide final guest headcount prior to arrival. Guests may see landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team on site during their stay.

It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in tropical climates. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with pest control services, there is the possibility that one may come in through an opening. Please try to keep doors close to help keep any possible insects out.
June-November is hurricane season. You may wish to consider travel insurance for your booking. Refunds are only honored when there is a mandatory evacuation in place.
