Crystal Shores West offers everything you want in a beachside vacation resort. This 108 unit complex crowns a prime location on beautiful beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores. Enjoy a limitless view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private oversized balcony accessed from the living room and your spacious primary bedroom. A zero entry outdoor pool plus many other amenities provide all the luxuries you deserve. This 11th floor privately owned 1090 sq. ft. nonsmoking condo features stylish furnishings and beautiful tropical décor a fully-equipped kitchen free internet access and full sized washer and dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Covered parking is available and a 2 car limit is enforced. This island paradise is waiting for you so make some wonderful vacation memories at Crystal Shores West 1107!

As of June 26, 2025, both elevators at Crystal Shores West are up and running, but intermittent outages may occur in one (1) elevator at a time as repairs are finalized.


During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Not worth the money! Disaster!!

Unfortunately, our time in the condo was not what we paid for. The floor was filthy; it wasn’t swept or mopped. We went ahead and swept and mopped the whole room. It took three times for the mop water to not be blackish. Since the floors were so nasty, we went ahead and washed all the covers because we did not feel comfortable trusting that it was done. The water wasn’t very hot at all. When it was hot, it lasted maybe 2 mins and that was it. So, we all took cool showers and cool baths for the babies. It wasn’t convenient what-so-ever. The countertops and appliances were nice; however, we would have liked for it to have been cleaned like it was stated in the agreement. It was really inconvenient to have to clean the whole condo before we were even able to unpack and enjoy our beach stay. In the future, we will be staying else where.

We strive for guest satisfaction, and do our best to provide immediate guest assistance for everyone who spends their beach trip with us. We did look into the items you mentioned but did not see where you reported this during your stay. We checked the message thread on VRBO and did not see any messages from you there, and we did not find where you made any phone calls to our office. Our Guest Services Department is available around the clock in the event things don't go as planned during your visit. We wish you would have allowed us to prove, your comfort is a priority to us and we can correct reported issues timely, upon notification. We appreciate your feedback and have made sure to forward your review to housekeeping, as well as notify maintenance of the water heating concerns.

Worth the trip!

The condo looked better than the pictures. Very clean and roomy for the 5 of us that stayed. Ocean view and accessibility was wonderful.

Nice clean condo

There were only 2 negatives to our stay. 1) One of the 2 elevators was not functioning. Not a huge deal since we weren’t staying in peak season. 2) Property manager expected dishes to be put away in cabinets, not just left in the dishwasher. The only way we could do this was to hand-wash them, since we did not have time for a dishwasher cycle between breakfast and checkout. This seems an unnecessary requirement, and less sanitary than using the dishwasher.

Great location, little kid friendly

This condo is in a great location, right off of the main highway and close to everything. Nice furnishing and clean. We had our 14-month old with us, and this turned out to be a great space for young kids. We could shut doors off to the bed rooms, and there wasn't really anything we had to modify or put away to keep her safe. Overall this a good stay. The biggest downside for me was the master bed was uncomfortable and the sheets are terrible quality and scratchy. We didn't plan to cook much during our stay, which turned out to be a good decision, because the kitchen has minimal equipment and the pots are not great quality.
