Island Royale 1004- Splash into Fun: Your Beach Trip is Calling

Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from your spacious private balcony. The balcony may also be accessed from the Primary Bedroom Suite. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 10th floor and will sleep 6.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen washer and dryer and high speed wireless internet. This 14 story complex offers top of the line amenities which include an indoor/outdoor swim thru pool, a kiddie pool, hot tubs steam room sauna exercise room and bike rack. Monthly reservations November to March 1. There is a 2 car limit on parking.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
