*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

The Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The Dining Area is adjacent to the Kitchen and offers seating for 4, with 2 additional stools featured at the kitchen bar. The kitchen also offers a pantry, with a closet that houses a stack washer/dryer for the convenience of use during your stay.
The Gulf Front Bedroom offers King Bedding, Television, Private Bath with tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The Gulf Front Bedroom also offers access to the spacious Gulf Front Balcony.

Cleaning crew

Only issue was the cleaning people were mocking on our door at 8 am on day of checkout asking when we were leaving, we had until 11am to leave. Then while packing and loading thing’s downstairs to vehicle the cleaning crew came in while we were still packing and loading, trying to start cleaning when we weren’t even checked out yet.

Wonderful vacation

This was the 1st time to Alabama. We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and other amenities. Met some very nice people from other states.

Maintenance

There was mold in the master bathroom ceiling vent. The pool looked as though it had green algae. The kitchen had only one hand towel and rust on cookie sheets and the dishes were not clean. We had to wash everything before using. The furnishings were nice just needs a good cleaning. We didn't see the property manager.
