About this property

Beach front 3 bedroom 3 bath unit located on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This family friendly unit is spacious at approx 1300 sq ft . Recently remodeled, new appliances, and comfortable bedding. Kitchen is furnished with all the essentials and more for cooking in or restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
Living room and gulf-side king bedroom have direct balcony access overlooking beach and gulf. Street side bedroom features 2 queens, direct balcony access and a walk in shower. Middle bedroom has queen bed and attached bath.
The zero entry pool is one of the largest pools in West Beach. Separate kiddie pools are located on each end of the pool deck along with a shaded sitting area. Beach chair & umbrella rentals are available.

Parking passes are purchased directly from security guard at Ocean House. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the condo association. Price is subject to change without notice.
Cleaning fee includes bed linens and towel set-up. No daily maid or towel service is provided or available. No beach towels are provided.
There is a security camera on site that records traffic in/out of the unit entrance. If determined that occupancy is above the limit or age requirement is not adhered to, the rental agreement will be terminated and all occupants will be required to vacate the unit immediately.

A Drivers License copy will be required for proof of age prior to booking approval.

Great Girls Trip

We had an amazing time on our annual girls trip with our mom. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so spacious and clean. Carol was amazing to work with and made everything so easy!! We will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 recommend!!

Girls Trip

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach, great amenities and friendly people. The condo was impeccably clean and decorated. There were plenty of supplies and the ocean view was fantastic. Had a great time and would come back again. Thank you!

Poor quality

We had two bathrooms that had sewer odor the whole time. One bathroom toilet was not bolted to the floor very well and rocked anytime you sat on it. Only providing one garbage bag I feel is very cheap. Making us wash our towels prior to leaving. Did not feel like being on vacation. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom also was a bit absurd.
