The house sits at a nearly 10,000 foot elevation on 5 acres with amazing views of several mountain ranges. Only 2 hours from Denver on highway 285 so no need to deal with I-70! Lots close by so there's tons to do.

-Fairplay (Southpark) - 30 min
-Buena Vista - 30 min
-Collegiate Peaks (Mt Harvard, Mt Yale, Mt Princeton, etc) - 1-2 hours

The space
The interior of the house has been recently remodeled. The layout is perfect for groups of any size. The main floor has an open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace. The master suite is on one side with the laundry area, and the two other upstairs bedrooms and bathroom with a tub and shower are on the other side of the main floor. Downstairs has two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a huge yoga studio that opens out to the front yard.

About the host
Hosted by Megan

I live in Denver with my kiddos. We love getting out of the city and spending time at Prana Ridge when we can. It’s such a peaceful place to unwind and relax.
Why they chose this property
The house is in the Ranch of the Rockies community. RotR provides trash services, and all of the neighbors we’ve met are great. There’s a mix of weekenders and full-time residents.
What makes this property unique
If you’re looking for serenity, this place is the best — thanks to the natural beauty of the area (including the view from the living room), the absence of people and traffic, and the very comfortable and recently renovated house.
