The Space:
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. 
-This unit features two additional bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests.
-Bedroom 6 features 1 queen bed & bedroom 7 features 2 bunk style double beds.
-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.
-Cozy dining area for larger meals, and kitchen island for casual dining.
-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.
-Smart TV with apps such Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

PLEASE NOTE: These units is on the third and fourth level and does require stairs to access. There is no working elevator on the premises.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use. This apartment is ADA accessible.

There are only a few shared spaced at the property. These areas will be the main entry and stairways. Once in your unit the space is for you and your guests private enjoyment.

Please note that the elevator is currently not in service.

The Neighborhood:
An amazing NOLA location in the Central Business District, you are steps from famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal homebase for city exploring! The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.

Getting Around:
You will be walking distance to the French Quarter and the convention center, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short uber ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
