“Blessed for Shore”. Come enjoy our Beautiful beach house just a short walk or golf cart ride (approx 5-6 blocks) to the beach, indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts. (2 blocks), outdoor pool with hot tub and kiddie pool with splash pad, (3-4 blocks) Multiple private lakes. 2 golf cars provided at no additional cost. Private beach parking lot, gated community with 24 hour security. House sleeps 15 comfortably. No need for air mattresses here. 7 Bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Extra large water heater. Huge showers, Luxury vinyl flooring, 3 living rooms, 8 wall mounted TV’s, granite countertops, refrigerator & microwave on each floor. Enjoy a cup of coffee every morning on the screened in porch with 2 skylights. Propane grill, Wi-Fi with cable, washer & dryer. Weekly rentals only during prime months rental is Sat-Sat. $450 cleaning fee includes linens supplied for duration of your stay. Renter is responsible for washing & drying sheets/towels as needed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all sheets and towels not bed spreads or comforters) in the pillowcases. Load and start the dishwasher. Make sure all trash is out and the cans are at the road Sunday night for MONDAY morning.

Trash cans to the street before you leave. Please make sure all door are locked, especially the screened in porch doors. Sweep or spray off the sand from the golf carts.

Log out of all the TV apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Please let me know if you use the grill so I can remind the cleaners to check it for the next family.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is our 2nd year at this place. Great communication with the host. We have a large family and it is perfect. Separate spaces for watching tv, 2 golf carts included is a must for us. Close to the playground and pool.

This property was perfect for our four families! Having two floors with multiple bathrooms and a laundry room was ideal! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and serving a lot of people. The beds and living areas were comfortable. The screened in outdoor porch was a very nice feature. Having 2 golf carts was very helpful. The host was very helpful and great at getting back to us to answer our questions. Beach chairs and floats were nice too!

The host was super helpful throughout everything and answered every question we had. We will certainly keep this place in mind the next time we have a larger group as there was plenty of room for 8 people. The house had everything we needed for the week and it was a plus that we didn’t need to rent any golf carts.

This property was my best experience in 15 years renting in Oceanside Village. The host was ultra responsive leading up to check in. And the house was beautiful, spacious and accurately represented online. We often have issues with the accessories of the house like, pots and pans, silverware, etc. This was the first time we had zero issues. Even the beach accessories were in good working order and all there!My family loved having so many spacious gathering spaces in the home. It allowed groups who wanted to unwind watching tv to not interfere with those who wanted to play cards, or just talk. My family has already asked me to book this house for next year.

What stood out the most was our hosts! They were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and concerns.
The gulf carts were the highlight of our stay!

The beach house is large and offers many living spaces for family members to gather. The owner is gracious and helpful. The use of his two golf carts made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Property!

House was great for a group of 12. We had ages ranging from 2 to 53. The golf carts coming with the house was a real benefit. Loved the private beach and multiple pools.

Myrtle Golf Trip 2025

Stayed at this property for a week to have a friends golf tournament. House was great with plenty of room and a nice setup so we could all get our own rooms. Golf carts were very convenient to get to the pool/hot tub and the beach. Would highly recommend!!

Fun vacation. Lots to do. Tennis, Pickle ball, pool, beach , golf carts . & a restaurant beachside.

A very beautiful house. Lots of room. We were 13 and everyone had plenty of space. We all loved the golf carts. It was so easy to get to and from the beach.

I have stayed in this area at least once a year for the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite property! The house was so clean and well stocked. Very convenient location. The owner was gracious and easily accessible. I had absolutely zero issues during our stay.

Home away from Home

We had 5 families in one home, so having 4 bathrooms was wonderful. The two golf carts included were so helpful. The owner was so wonderful and readily available to answer any questions. We felt like we were centrally located to all the amenities. This has become one of our favorite places to stay.

Fambam birthday bash!

Awesome place! Two super cool golf carts! Plenty of beach access! Plenty of good fishing!! Eric is awesome and was available anytime, everytime I needed him! Great people, great place, highly recommend! My whole family of 16 fit comfortably and had an absolute blast!
