Enjoy a stylish/calming experience at this centrally-located safe neighborhood. Right when you walk in it is an open space from the living room to the dining room through the kitchen with a back yard space to watch the sunsets. This condo has it all, newly renovated, pool, free private parking, lovely bathrooms with lighted niche for all of your personal items. Beautiful kitchen with new countertops, new tile floor and new lighting. Great location from the Hoover Met (7 mins), Oak Mountain State Park (6.2 miles), shopping and lots of restaurants. Easy to find right off I65 and I459. Downtown Birmingham 12 mins away, Riverchase Galleria 1.2 miles away, walking distance to Shipley Donuts, Golden Corral, Argie BQ and many others. Within walking distance is Georgetown Lake, very rustic and relaxing with beautiful tall trees. The lake has water fountain , gazebo, playground, and trails that allow you to walk around the lake. This condo is on the ground floor of a two story condo with keyless entry.

Other things to note:
There is one assigned parking spot, but there are visitor spots as well. Be sure to only park in the correct spot as this is a HOA requirement.

Host was very flexible with our needs. Lots of amenities are close by, area felt safe. The place met our needs, was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms included toiletries you may need and filtered water in the fridge. Would stay here again.

The property is just as pictured. Cute condo with comfortable beds. We were visiting family over Thanksgiving and this was perfect for the three of us. The host even had coffee and tea there, which was much appreciated! Would certainly stay here again!

Perfect Name for a cozy space!

Sweet Little Nest is an apt name for this space. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and ideal for our short trip. Check in/check out was a breeze, and the space is exactly as pictured in the listing. We had no issues at all during our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

My husband, parents and me stayed for a family holiday gathering. Location is good and bedroom space good. Although the kitchen is somewhat small it is very well stocked! The only reason I have it s 4 start is because there was no laundry

Fully outfitted kitchen appliances and accessories.Host even left us ice in the freezer as it was 90 degrees.Nice showers.Only trouble was entry door combination but host quickly remedied.
