Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

We ask of you upon departure that all food is removed from fridge & freezer.
Trash is taken care of.
Appliances are all off.
Gather dirty linen and put it in the bathroom.
Double check for any personal belongings. If anything is left behind the item will be mailed to you and you will be charged shipping fees.
