Nice little cottage near Ausble Chasm

Nice little cottage near Ausble Chasm, only 4 miles away. The property was clean and well stocked with basics like water bottles, toiletries, pots & pans, basic spices. The communication with host was smooth and easy. Overall a good stay for our group.

Quiet weekend away

Very nice quiet cabin located right on a small river. Very close to the trails. It snowed while we were there which is no big deal. Instead of the trails we went to the village and mall to just walk around both were close by and the art museum. So was easy to adjust plans due to the weather.

Overall the cabin was very clean and equipped.However the host virtually ghosted us. Not a single reply back on email, text message or calls.The cabin also needs some maintenance with the shower head, bed frame and spotty wifi.

The interior was beautiful even with the little beetle issue! With it being chilly out it would have been nice if the heat was at least set on low 64ish because it was very cold at arrival. Was an extremely peaceful place except for when the train went by. Having brochures to look at was helpful. My family & i felt there was alot of dpace, just wish we would have brought wood for the fire pit outside or had access to wood. Honestly we were hoping it was closer to aspects in Vermont but were extremely happy with the cabin and the items to do within a few miles! A great getaway location!

The cabin is very comfortable and so clean! Property sits along a river! We sat out both nights enjoying the property and a fire in the fire pit! Very quiet and relaxing!! I also need to mention the property is located 6 miles from Ausable Chasm awesome hike!

Beautiful Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming. The view from the living room and master bedroom was great. It was very quiet and we loved that we were able to park close to the door to unload our things. The water pressure was weaker than we like and the internet was a little on the slow side. Besides that we enjoyed our stay would come back to stay in the future.

Good place in a larger complex

Place was spacious, comfortable, and clean (to the point there was an overwhelming Lysol smell on entry). My only criticism is that the pictures made it look like a fairly isolated cabin, whereas it is part of a larger complex with the nearest other cabin about 20 feet away. There are also train tracks that run just behind the property and a couple times each night/early morning the cabin would shake as the very loud train chugged by. Not the fault of the owner, but would have liked to know beforehand.
