Remodeled mid-century home, centrally-located. 3 Bedrooms/2 baths. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom w/shower & queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom is set up as an office which could be converted to a bedroom. Large back covered patio with large shade trees covering yard. Walkable/Bikable to many coffee shops, restaurants, eateries and bars along Burnet Road, Anderson Lane, and Woodrow. Within 10 minutes of The Domain, three HEB's, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.
The space
Mid-century home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is recently remodeled with a new shower and the other bathroom (also recently remodeled) has a shower/bath combo and both have bidet toilets.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and blackout curtains. The second bedroom is set up with a double bed and the third bedroom is set up as an office. The bedroom/office has a futon bed that is a small double when set up. We can make that a full bedroom upon request.

Recently, remodeled kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and all cooking utensils for the chef in your family. Dishes, pots, pans and silverware. House is mostly tile and luxury vinyl plank, with carpet in the bedrooms. Two car garage with washer and dryer. Also have two bikes for getting around easily.

We have a large back covered patio with built in speakers for enjoying the outdoors when the days and nights cool off. We have enough seats in back for 6 and a front porch with two Adirondack chairs. We have large oak trees, cedar elm trees and crop myrtles providing shade all around our house.

We have a 2 car garage that you can use for one car. Our driveway will hold 4 cars. We put a/c in the garage for working out or for working on projects. The washer and dryer are also in the garage.

We are north-centrally located, 10 minute drive to the north side of Lady Bird Trail and 15 minutes to Barton Springs pool. There are numerous other parks trails within 10 minutes or less. The neighborhood pool is 2 min away, ice skating rink 5 min, and roller skating 5 min. We live off of Burnet Road, which has Monkey Nest coffee, Voodoo Donuts, Atown, Spring frost, Little Woodrow’s, Pinthouse Pizza, Amy’s Ice cream, Fonda San Miguel and so much more! Library less than a mile, we live near SO MUCH! The FC stadium (Q2) is 2.5 miles away and The Domain is 9 min away (3.5 miles)!

We have 4 major hospitals close by Seton NW (3.3 miles), Austin Heart Hospital (4.9 miles) St David’s (4.9 miles) and Dell children’s center is 4 miles away.

Major employers, Dell (12 miles from Round Rock campus), Samsung (5.2 miles) and Apple campus (8.5 miles). The University of Texas campus is 5.3 miles away.

Our house is also close to the major highways, 183, Mopac and IH35.
