Regarding the toilet, our team acknowledged the issue promptly and had already begun coordinating a repair when you chose to handle it temporarily yourself. We appreciate the initiative, though we would have been happy to complete the repair if given the opportunity. Some items, like the sink stopper and occasional external noise, are part of the natural variance in high-rise living. The ceiling discoloration near the vent was cosmetic, but we’ll ensure it’s reviewed. As for pool access, this is managed entirely by the building and subject to seasonal schedules or temporary closures beyond our control. We understand the frustration and will pass along feedback about the shared areas. We apologize for the cleaner arriving early on the final day—this was a scheduling miscommunication.
