This spacious and comfy house has ample room for up to 22 guests, making it perfect for large families or corporate retreats. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living rooms, pool table, and decks! Relax around the fire pit or explore the nearby wineries and hiking trails. This is the perfect home for exploring all the area has to offer.

For bigger groups you have the option to rent out more bedrooms. This home, yard, and driveway space is completely private to your group but up to 9 bedrooms can be rented if more space and privacy is desired. We have a downstairs apartment attached that has additional rooms and bathrooms. Please note- We do not rent the unit out to different families or groups during your stay.

We have a large driveway to fit your families cars, Rv's, and boats!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our group of five families without ever feeling crowded. The large private backyard was perfect for the kids to play soccer, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. The home was very clean, and having three refrigerators made it easy to accommodate such a large group. Communication with the host was excellent—she was very responsive and easy to reach by text. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for large family or group trips!

Large Home Gives Everyone Plenty of Room

We (my husband, our sons and their families) stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. In addition, the hosts did many things to make us feel welcome. The linens provided were good quality, the home was clean, and all our questions were answered promptly. If you are visiting the Finger Lakes area, I highly recommend this listing!

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with from reservation to check out. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Cornell with family from 2-89. We were all very comfortable and really got to visit. We barbecued and played lawn games after the ceremonies. Getting into Cornell from this location was extremely easy. The house had plenty of space for socializing yet everyone also enjoyed their own sleeping space. We really appreciated the extra folding table and chairs available for our big family meals! I would not hesitate to stay here again!
