Beautiful And New 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Close To Beach.

Our Condo is being completely renovated by May 15, 2018 with a brand new kitchen, flooring, fresh paint and all brand new beds and furniture. Those of you who have stayed with us before already know how nicely we maintained the unit. Now, it is moving up to the next level. As to the complex, you know that the Alps has bright colors, a lovely pool, and brings smiles to your family. The Alps Condo Association also completed a brand new rooftop deck for the complex in early 2018, with views of the ocean and Friday night fireworks, for all owners and renters to enjoy. Our first floor end unit is just steps away from the pool, sundecks and BBQ grills, and just two blocks to beach and park/playground. It is a little dream condo at the shore. Although the Condo sleeps up to 5 persons, 2-4 persons is a more comfortable fit. Your reserved parking space puts your car less than 10 feet from the Unit, for easy loading and unloading with no steps to climb.
Detail/summary: 1 BR, 1 Bath, 1 Double bed and one trundle bed in BR and one doube sofa bed in LR. Full galley style kitchen. Flat screen smart TV, Cable and movies/DVD's, and high-speed internet. Pool, 2 observation/sundecks and 2 blocks to beach and park/playground. Church of the Assumption (Roman Catholic) directly across the street.
