Also outside, a roofed dining terrace and a stone-built fireplace/barbecue provide excellent setting for relaxation and socializing. The parking lot accommodates 2 cars.

The villa is in a most convenient location – the center of town with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars, as well as beautiful waterfront promenade, is only 700m away. The nearest beach is less than 1km away, an easy 15-min walk. In the immediate vicinity of the villa – within 100m distance – there are a convenience store, a neighborhood coffee bar, and an excellent restaurant with traditional Mediterranean food. IMPORTANT - Our capacity is 6 adults + 2 children under 15. No more than 6 adults can be accommodated. Our 4th bedroom offered for kids has full size double bed 160x200cm, but does not have a TV and does not have an air conditioning device.
