The bathroom is equipped with Malin + Goetz bath products, combo washer/dryer, plenty of towels and other essentials (i.e. hair dryer, etc.).

A well-appointed kitchenette comes equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine (stocked w/ local grounds), stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

For workers and streamers, the wifi and smart tv are solid.

This airy, one bedroom suite exudes a mid-century Italian meets sleek urban loft vibe. Pops of color compliment soaring ceilings while sophisticated villa energy lies in the details (picture: terrazzo inspired floors/countertops and elegant plaster accents).

Paradise in little Italy!

I would quickly recommend this listing to any friend of mine- it was a highlight of the vacation! The location is a bit outside of the heart of downtown, but is easily accessible by a 30-40 min safe walk. Clean, stylish, safe, and very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a really wonderful space very well decorated simple tailored at the same time. Cute little area we injure ourselves very much owner left lots of information about things to do around places to eat, etc.. Just great

Great location and a fantastic property

This is a fantastic property. Well appointed kitchen, living area, separate bedroom (with a separate HVAC) and spacious bathroom. Comfortable furniture Easy access MANY nearby restaurants that are very walkable Convenient location to Rush Medical, about 10 minute walk Host is readily available and willing to work with you on any need Pristine unit and the building is well maintained and spotless We will stay here again on our next visit to Midwest Orthopedic

A couple suggestions, the shower needs a mat, I slipped twice in the shower and someone could get seriously hurt. It would be nice to have a couple big coffee cups, for the coffee drinkers.
