Decent for large groups

Pros: Spacious throughout the house including bedrooms, house was clean. Appliances in good working order. Cons: House is sparsely furnished considering its size. One beat up sectional couch for a house that can sleep 18 is not enough. House was overall a bit light on essentials -- not much for extra pillows and blankets. Host did help us get access to additional towels. Temperature variances in cooling of the bedrooms, some broken cieling fans, lights -- overall this house has seen a bit of wear and tear and could use some love. But for a long weekend where we were out and about, it was sufficient for our group.

Spacious house for our golf trip

The spacious house was everything we needed for our golf trip to San Antonio!!! The only hiccup we had was that the cleaning crew had not cleaned the house before we arrived, however our host was on it right away and got it corrected. If we return to San Antonio, we would definitely look to stay here again!!!

Large house.

This house is HUGE and has the potential to be an awesome rental. However, it does need work. Pictures provided must be older. Alot of the fixes the house has had look like a "landlord special" type fix. The house echos so bad since theres no rugs or fabric curtains on the main level to soak up the noise besides the sloder door curtains. If you're a light sleeper dont sleep in the back of the house as the neighbors large dogs bark every morning 15+ mins around 7am. (Nothing hosts can do about that tho). Location was great for everything we wanted while we were there for a wedding. Host was very good about quick communication each time i messaged him. We did have a hiccup at checkin with the door code not working but he quickly got us entry into the home. Cleaning of the home and property were subpar. If the hosts fixed this property up i would stay again, however in its current state i would not.
