Great place to stay with a larger group for BMT graduation. We enjoyed the outdoor space and pool every day. Rooms were perfect for our large group and large indoor living spaces to accommodate kids and adults.

Great house and location

We came in for a family funeral and our stay was great. We had a glitch with the listing and days of stay at first but in the end we were well taken care of and all worked out. Communicating with the owner was easy and prompt. House is great for large group and beds are super comfortable! Outdoor setting was so relaxing after a stressful few days. House is very well maintained!

Worked out great for our family vacation

There were 11 of us staying there for our family vacation. We visited Sea World and downtown San Antonio. The kids swam in the pool and we cooked several meals in the kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and was a great home four our4 days there.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of seating to sit around and visit. Enjoyed the hot tub each night. Our only suggestion would be to add some mirrors downstairs for those staying in the rooms downstairs. But overall it is a nice, clean and comfortable home.

This was an amazing property for our group of girls. The house is beautiful and the back yard is peaceful. We did have a small issue, but it was resolved within the hour!! David was very prompt and super helpful.

We had a great time in the house. Clean and nice neighborhood. 20 minutes to downtown. Responsive owner. The description says sleeps 16, but that would require everyone sharing a bed and probably a bit tight with only 3 bathrooms.

This house!!! By far the best Vrbo rental we have come across and we rent often. We had all ages from 11 months to 73 years old. There was plenty of room and beds for our large group of 15. I really appreciated the cleanliness, easy check in/check out, quick responses from owner and the fact that there were all the little things extra- enough toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, laundry pods, etc. These small acts of kindness and thoughtfulness having these items at your disposal was greatly appreciated. We loved this home and will definitely rent again if we can manage to get all the family together again for another trip. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great house/Great Location, Very Clean

I would have given this home 5 stars, the only reason I did not is that the upstairs and bunk room are very warm. The home has only one a/c unit and it just does not do a good job of cooling the upstairs and even more so, the bunk room as it must have been an addition and it has no a/c vents in that room. We went in May, hotter months would be very uncomfortable. Other than that it is a great family vacation home! Great pool, and great yard for the kids to play in the front yard with VERY little traffic in the cul-de-sac. I would suggest that the TV be moved into the larger living room, instead of the sitting room off the kitchen, as there is more seating and very comfy sofas, etc in that room. Also, the VRBO listing states, Pool/Spa, that seemed to me to denote a whirlpool, hot tub, or something. It is not, it is just a nice smaller swim spot for little ones. It has no jets, etc. I think that "Spa" needs to be removed, as we were expecting a hot tub. We had a great vacation here, the only issue being the A/C unit, other than that I would def give it a 5 star review.

Awesome stay

We stayed here with family for the 4th of July and everything was excellent. The view was stunning, and the private walkover was phenomenal. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kids enjoyed the balcony view off their room with the office space and mini fridge. The communication with the host was exceptional and he answered all of our many questions quickly! Very happy with our stay here!!

We came to San Antonio to show our niece and nephew the city and go to the zoo.The house was just as it was pictured in all of the snapshots. The pool was great, and the neighborhood was really nice. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in San Antonio.

Excellent Stay for Large Group Getaway w/ Kids

4 dads with 7 kids took a trip for a concert in SA. This house was absolutely perfect in so many ways! Each dad had their own room and so did the kids. Pool and hot tub were nice and the kids loved the game room. We also loved the upper deck covered patio off the master bedroom. Great location as well. I highly recommend this property for familes who want plenty of space and fun.

Fun in SA

We gathered family from across the US for a funeral in SA. the home provided a great opportunity to spend time together. It was too cool for the pool but the hot tub was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this house was amazing! The house was gorgeous and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the house. The host was very accommodating & responded quickly. The house was large enough for all of us to spread out in various areas. The yard was beautiful as well. (I loved the balcony in the primary. We were a party of 10.
