Designed with hosting in mind, this year-round retreat is the perfect basecamp for active adventures and relaxing with beautiful, cozy indoor spaces. After a day of outdoor fun, head into the hip town of Crosby, MN, where you'll find charming local shops, eclectic dining options, and a vibrant community atmosphere.


* Enjoy direct lakefront access, where you can swim, fish, or soak in the breathtaking views from the private dock. The large shallow swimming area surrounding our dock is perfect for kiddos!

* Indulge in outdoor activities with ease as the famous Cuyuna red dirt mountain bike trails are just minutes away, offering miles of exhilarating adventure, and visit the unique teal-colored mine pit lakes surrounding the trail system. Year-round adventure is to be found, as Serpent Lake is a great ice fishing spot or snowmobile out the backyard to access the trails coming off the lake.

* Relax and unwind in the comfortable living area, complete with cozy seating, 3 fireplaces, and panoramic windows that provide stunning lake views.

* Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with a large center island and ample counter space, and views out to the lake! Access to multiple fridges/freezers to accommodate for large groups.
