The apartment has two fantastic full bedrooms and the entire space is bright and spacious. One bedroom can be completely locked off and operated as an independent apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The residence is called Palais and it is located in a prime spot of Tulum. You will find a wonderful rooftop swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness center.

This apartment is equipped with the following amenities:

- MASTER BEDROOM: A beautiful master bedroom with super comfortable bedding and its private attached bathroom. The master bedroom has its own Smart TV and direct access to the patio too.

- KING SIZE BEDROOM: The second bedroom is also equipped with king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. It has direct access to the patio. The second bedroom can be locked off completely and operated as an independent apartment with its kitchen and dining area.

- OPEN LIVING ROOM - The living room is opened on the second guest bedroom. In this space you will find a sofa bed which can sleep an extra two persons if needed. You'll find a Smart TV and fast internet which is a great feature for those working remotely.

- OPEN PLAN KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and appliances so you can cook at home as you desire. We provide a coffee machine. blender and water boiler.

- TWO FULL BATHROOMS: The two bathrooms you will find in the apartment are of similar design and space. You will find beautiful rain showers, separate toilets and plenty of storage options. We provide soap and shampoo for our guests upon arrival.
